Shipping policy

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Once you place your order, it may take up to 24 hours to process it for shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Note: Proof of purchase and packaging slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the amount deducting the importation costs.

We ship with Courier or Airmail Service in the major countries of the world. We offer tracking services on the purchased products. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email.

All prices are inclusive of the import duties and taxes, so the customer does not pay extra for taxes unless they use a different shipping/delivery address from the billing address. In case your delivery address is different from the billing address, please note that your shipping/delivery address may attract import duties and taxes if applicable.

We may, in our sole discretion, take any suitable action including cancelation of the order/s or sharing the information with the law. if required. In the event of any such action, we may try to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve all right to process the order.
