Terms & Conditions for Free Tickets

These general terms and conditions apply to watches purchased under the 'Free Ticket' promotion and from either this website (hyrogenwatch.com) or in Bauhaus stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

1. One (1) General Admission ticket will be offered on every watch purchased during this promotion
2. The ticket will be sent via email within 24 hrs of your purchase
3. Limited number of tickets are available
4. If the tickets are sold out, the customer will be given a cashback of the price of the ticket either as a discount on the purchase made or as a voucher to be used on hydrogenwatch.com
5. All orders under this promotion are non-refundable
6. Watches purchased under this promotion can be freely exchanged (unused & with the purchase receipt) within the 14-day exchange window
